Over the weekend we had the privilege of helping install the new Epic Conversations sign at Diane Grubis ' recording studio!
This sign is 6 feet by 2 feet and it was a challenge to create something that big that would be portable, yet lay flat. Colorado Mountain Craftsmen did an outstanding job of creating the foundation board and making sure it wouldn't warp! We colorfilled the engraving to give it contrast against the whitewashed background. To make it portable, we came up with a piano hinge back which enables it to fold into a more manageable size for travel.
We had fun testing the limits of our machine and our creativity on this one!
