PERSONALIZATION: Please include preferred spelling in SPECIAL ORDERS section of last name for FONTS 1-7 at checkout. For World Map Design, please specify the monogram letters you want in the SPECIAL ORDERS section in your cart. The World Map Design only features one style of font due to the space constraints.
PROCESSING: Prior to engraving we will send you a proof via email within 24 hours for your approval. Once approved, product will take 5 days until it is ready to ship. Shipping is via USPS and standard shipping times are 5-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number when your order is ready to ship.
PICK UP: Local pick up is available at our shop. Please choose this option at checkout.

IF I'M LOCAL CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?
Yes, we offer local pick up at our home-based shop. You will have the option to choose pick up upon check out.
WHEN WILL MY ITEM SHIP AFTER I ORDER?
We will ship within 5 business days of the design proof being approved, and your item will arrive via USPS First Class within 5-7 days of shipping (unless you choose a different shipping method). Holiday shipping times may be longer.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

CAN I USE THIS OUTDOORS?
Most of our home decor items are designed for indoor usage only. We are happy to add an outdoor-specific coating to your item. Please message us directly if this is something you would like. Additional costs do apply.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
We do accept returns (at buyer’s expense) within 14 days if you are unsatisfied with your item -- as long as it is not personalized. If you have a concern or problem with a personalized item, please contact us directly. We will do our best to make it right for you.
