There are 7 font styles to choose from. Please indicate in the NOTES SECTION at checkout, which font style you would prefer.

MATERIALS: Durable 1/16" Thick Plastic, Magnetic Backer
PROCESSING: Please send a vector image (SVG, EPS or Adobe Illustrator) of your business logo to orders@engravedcompany.com Please reference your order number in the subject line. We will create a design proof for your approval and send it to you via email.
Product will take 5 days after design proof approval until it is ready to ship/ pickup. Shipping is via USPS and standard shipping times are 5-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number when your order is ready to ship. Local pickup available with LOCAL code at checkout.

IF I'M LOCAL CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?
Yes, we offer local pick up at our home-based shop. You will have the option to choose pick up upon check out.
WHEN WILL MY ITEM SHIP AFTER I ORDER?
We will ship within 5 business days of the design proof being approved, and your item will arrive via USPS First Class within 5-7 days of shipping (unless you choose a different shipping method). Holiday shipping times may be longer.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Not at this time.

CAN I USE THIS OUTDOORS?
Most of our home decor items are designed for indoor usage only. We are happy to add an outdoor-specific coating to your item. Please message us directly if this is something you would like. Additional costs do apply.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
We do accept returns (at buyer’s expense) within 14 days if you are unsatisfied with your item -- as long as it is not personalized. If you have a concern or problem with a personalized item, please contact us directly. We will do our best to make it right for you.
