Product will take 5 business days after design proof approval until it is ready to ship/ pickup. FREE Shipping is via USPS and standard shipping times are 5-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number when your order is ready to ship. Local pick up available in Colorado Springs, CO.

Yes, we offer local pick up at our home-based shop. You will have the option to choose pick up upon check out.
WHEN WILL MY ITEM SHIP AFTER I ORDER?
We will ship within 5 business days of the design proof being approved, and your item will arrive via USPS First Class within 5-7 days of shipping (unless you choose a different shipping method). Holiday shipping times may be longer.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
We do accept returns (at buyer’s expense) within 14 days if you are unsatisfied with your item -- as long as it is not personalized. If you have a concern or problem with a personalized item, please contact us directly. We will do our best to make it right for you.
